Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancelled by Learners

1. More than 7 days written notice of cancellation prior to the commencement of the class , 100% of paid fees will be refunded to students.

2. Notice of cancellation given within 7 days prior to the commencement of the class , no refund will be given to students.

3. Students do not attend or arrive more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled class, no refund.

Changes to class time by learners

1. No refund will be given if there is change to class times by learners within 48 hours of the class commencement.

2. If written notice can be given more than 2 days prior to the commencement of the class ,first change is free of charge. Subsequent      changes incur a admin fee charged at 50% of the course fee.

3. If any learner is sick on the day of the class, and can support this with a medical certificate,  will be rescheduled to an alternative date at no additional fee.

Learners get full refund .
